I read a bad review regarding this, heres mine. I ordered a dozen but got a 10pcs donuts instead. Lol they are good ruining the experience. This was supposed to be a surprise gift for someone. I tried calling them and they are just placing me on hold for freaking 30mins. Fyi, I reported them already. This is not right for someone who paid the full price.

Kept giving them the benefit of the doubt for all the times I’ve had trouble here. Today was the last straw. Wanted to treat my co-workers, but still had to get to work on time. I knew my luck here (or lack thereof), so I placed an order the night before in advance so I could swoop in, grab, and go. This location claims to open at 6am, yet I grabbed the door at 7am and it was locked! No one came to open the door. Everyone was walking around inside. I hopped in the drive thru to make them aware of their locked door, but worse yet is that my order wasn’t even ready! And it gets better… I paid for the premium donuts ($100+ order) and they said they didn’t make all of them yet. I had to leave with half plain glazed now that I was running late. They had an entire hour since opening to prepare this order. No type of refund or reimbursement — not even an apology. If you don’t want to do proper business, don’t forget to lock the drive thru window, too!

I usually love Krispy Kreme donuts, especially the filled ones, but this location was a huge disappointment. The donuts had about 80% less cream filling than they normally do. It felt like they were barely filled at all. The taste was still good, but the lack of filling completely changed the experience. I hope this location improves its quality and consistency.

🍩 OMG… OH MY GOD!! Well, when I was in Raleigh, this past Christmas holiday, I was told of this “hot light” thing at Krispy Kreme. I never understood it, I’ve heard it raved about, been told that, well I was missing out. So, on a cold Christmas night I was brought to the Krispy Kreme in Raleigh, but refused entrance because the hot light wasn’t on! Now, I was quite upset… What’s with the hot light, can’t I just get a damn donut? Now I’ve had me some Krispy Kreme‘s over the years and well, a bit sticky obviously very sweet, but nothing could’ve prepared me for today. When in Fort Myers, the hot light was on! And in we went… If you’ve never had the pleasure of watching the process and eating these things hot off the I Love Lucy conveyor belt. It was an event! A party! People were in line like it was space mountain ride at Disney… I wont describe what happened next, let’s say, watch for the hot light and experience it for yourself. 🍩 Caution, eating sugar of any kind is hazardous to your health. Placed an online order, got there some minutes early. Order was not ready which was understandable. Store looked clean and there was a good variety of donuts including their promo ones who are usually unavailable. Doughnuts were good and fresh. Update - 1/9/26 I had to update my review after a few more visits. It’s been very disappointing. The doughnuts are very small and they are using very little filling. This is unacceptable for the price being charged Update - 1/10/26 Was contacted by KK and assured they would do better and given a partial refund for the issue. Appreciated Thank You will go back
